Excellent job Alan thank you. The job ended up being a bit trickier upon further inspection however Alan removed the old exhaust fan (which had previously been installed in a permanent way) without any damage and the new one went in perfectly. He went above and beyond and was super polite, easy to work with. I’ll definitely call on Alan again for future jobs.

Developer did a shit job installing the blinds in my apartment, one side fell down because the screws holding the bracket in place pulled out of the ceiling. Doesn’t look like they put in any anchors. Please reattach the left side blinds with proper anchors and please also check the left side as well not just the right side that fell down.
