Current position of the curtain rod is obstructing the opening of our wardrobe. Request is for it to be lifting to the top of the ceiling, and for exisiting holes to be patched (including the other additional holes from original rods). Rod is attached to the wall at 3 points, all attachment points are showcased in the photos

Some grout between the floor tiles has come away, and the cream-coloured silicone is separating in places. Looking for an experienced tiler or shower repair specialist to inspect the affected areas, identify why the grout and silicone are failing, and carry out the necessary repairs. We'd like the existing cream-coloured silicone matched where possible. Please include labour and materials in your quote.

I have a kitchen drawer (soft closing) where the screws to the runner have come loose and the runner (or bracket?) has come away from the inside of the drawer. I have pulled the drawer out but need someone to reattach the runner/bracket and (and maybe tighten the one on the other side, the screws look a bit loose) and reinsert the drawer. I have the four screws that have come out but the exiting screws have left a bit of a hole (see pics). Must be able to do a professional job as it’s not my kitchen :)

Hi, I recently replaced the sink waste strainer/basket on my double bowl kitchen sink and now the P-trap no longer lines up with the drain tailpiece. The slip joint isn’t sealing properly and is causing leaks under the sink. The setup is white PVC with compression/slip fittings and includes an Air Admittance Valve. I just need someone to realign and reconnect the P-trap assembly so everything seals correctly.

New window has been installed. Now current plantation shutter needs reinstallation into window frame. May need sealant on side if there's a gap.
