I need a handyman for several tasks around the home, including: - Cleaning the gutters (single level flat roof) - Power hosing/cleaning the garden, including walls/fence (byo power washer) - Weed/tidy small grassy area around a tree, clean pebble area - Sand and treat small set of exterior wooden steps - Whipper snipper side passage (byo ladder, not steep but needed for access) - Clean exterior of one window - Cover exposed light cables in water feature with existing stones - Install wire mesh on steel door (mesh sheet supplied) - Wall hang a full length mirror - Fix a loose toilet roll holder - Instal a single rail towel rack and remove existing towel hook Looking for someone for above tasks but then longer term handyman work whenever necessary. Happy for an hourly rate ($50) or fixed rate ($500) to complete above tasks.

We have a 3 door handles that have come loose and off the doors entirely. We’ve had them repaired a couple of times in the past but continue to break. Will need 3 new door handles supplies and installed. (Ideally similar to the existing ones)

Hi, I recently replaced the sink waste strainer/basket on my double bowl kitchen sink and now the P-trap no longer lines up with the drain tailpiece. The slip joint isn’t sealing properly and is causing leaks under the sink. The setup is white PVC with compression/slip fittings and includes an Air Admittance Valve. I just need someone to realign and reconnect the P-trap assembly so everything seals correctly.

My kitchen sink is blocked and need someone asap to fix it .

I unsuccessfully attempted to fix a kitchen cupboard hinge on a concertina cupboard. I require someone experienced to make adjustments, so the the hinge is level and the door closes flush. No parts required. Pictures have been added but have not uploaded yet

New window has been installed. Now current plantation shutter needs reinstallation into window frame. May need sealant on side if there's a gap.
