Fix the front door and front gate. Both are old and wooden. The front door needs parts glued or attached between the mirror and the front gate is rotting so needs to be a new hinge or bottom reduced in size so it doesn’t drag on the ground

Our kitchen has stainless steel doors which are so heavy they are sagging off the hinges. The dishwasher has also separated off the steel doors which. Need to find a way to reinforce the doors

To install 3 ceiling fans in the unit. 3 new fans need to be installed. There are no existing fans. They are remote-controlled fans, and switches are required. They are not replacing lights or existing fans, however, there are down lights around them. Photos of 3 rooms where fans to be installed

Had a particle board blowout on a wardrobe and need to drill/nail a few bits back together. Would be a very quick fix for someone with the right tools and know how.

I need to replace my current bedroom door. I have bought a new MDF door from Bunnings. It just needs to be fitted (cut, and hinges attached). You can use the old hinges, but happy to buy new ones if that’s easier.

My light has gone out, replacement of light bulb required. Its a hunter pacific ceiling fan light, model FX. Easy straightforward job, if you know how to remove the glass dome.

Retaining wall has been recently painted. Three decorative screens (plastic) were previously on this same wall and were removed for the new paint job. Some holes exist but some have been covered with paint / difficult to find. Job requires installing the 4 decorative screens (2 large, 2 small) - screws and Alan key provided. It is possible a drill may be needed but keep in mind original holes should be there.
