Looking for an handyman to help with a few jobs around the house. The work includes: Assembling 1 bed Assembling 2 small outdoor furniture items Painting a small outdoor area, approximately 3m x 3m Moving and repositioning a few items around the house A few other small handyman jobs as needed I’m looking for someone practical and reliable with furniture assembly, basic painting and general handyman work. All tools provided Pay $45 per hour. There may also be some additional work available depending on how we go with the first jobs.

Hi there, I need a handyman or plumber to help remove a broken toilet seat and install a replacement. I already have the new toilet seat ready on-site, so you only need to bring your tools. ​The main challenge is that the existing metal fixings connecting the seat to the toilet bowl are completely stripped and stuck. They spin in place and cannot be unscrewed normally, preventing the old seat from detaching from the ceramic base. ​What needs to be done: ​Removal: Safely remove the old toilet seat and the stuck metal fixings without damaging the toilet bowl. ​Note: You will likely need to use a drill, hacksaw, or grinder to cut/break the metal parts, or potentially access it from behind. Please bring appropriate tools for dealing with stripped metal fasteners. ​Installation: Install the new toilet seat (already provided by me).
