I need a licensed electrician to look at three electrical issues in my recently purchased home in Coogee: 1. Electric hob – not powering on, may need commissioning or connection checked 2. Built-in oven – needs to be fixed into the cavity and connected 3. Under-counter lights – stuck on, won’t turn off All jobs are in the kitchen of an established home, so should be straightforward to knock over in one visit. We have just moved in. We have different lights in every room and also a couple that don’t work. We would like them all fixed and replaced. There’s only between 6-8. Must inspect property first and will arrange to pay for all light bulb costs. If you can help recommend that would be great please?

Wiring of two down lights, cable already present, switches done, holes in false ceiling already made. Literally just need to connect them to the cable.

Hi, I need a licensed electrician to urgently inspect and repair a suspected short circuit caused by my oven. The power tripped suddenly and when attempting to switch it back on, there were small sparks at the circuit breaker. I have isolated the oven circuit and not turned it back on since.

Smart toilet wiring including the new power point installation into the existing tiles wall.

As advertised, I have bought a Caroma Smart toilet which required the electricity connected. There is a ceiling opening as shown photo 2, but it is painted over. Nearby there is a ceiling fan shown photo3.

I need help repairing my Polo portable air conditioning unit. It makes a weird on/off noise at night. The sleep mode doesn’t work anymore.

Licensed electrician to replace oyster light in loungeroom.

The switch that connects to our garden lights stopped working suddenly. The cables at the switch board don’t have power in it. Access to the electrical wiring under the house is through a small hole behind the washing machine but once you’re in, you can stand up.

Take 5 pendants down in apartment in Coogee, put up in apartment in botany (replacing oyster lights)

Disconnect and disposal of solar panels. The system has failed and we want to stop pigeons from nesting underneath until a new system is installed. One story ladder access from rear of property. 2 story drop on other side. Price must include recycling/disposal of panels. Panels are 1580 x 808 mm. 15kg each. We have spare tiles.
