We have a light trak and a light but want to replace it with a hanging lamp, we have all the items required to hang it just need an electrician to fix up the wiring and set it up

Replace around 11 spotlights with new ones. We have already purchased these. You do not need to be an electrician. Both the old and new lights are powered by plugging into standard sockets. So it's simply taking them out, swapping them and clicking them into place. The ceiling is very high at points, so you will need a high step ladder. Our 3-step ladder isn't tall enough.

Lay NBN / Optical cable from NBN box in front of small unit block / building and run it along ground level (1) into unit 1 (Approx 3/4 meters), then continue on along wall in unit 1 for another few meters, and exit this unit's rear door that leads to outside wall, then (2) run cable and conduit up one level to unit 2 (Approx 5/6 meters), and also, (3) from this rear area run another cable / conduit approximately 15/20 meters on outside of wall just above ground level to unit 3, bringing the cables into unit and fitted will wall plate.

As per above, two old lamps which probably need rewiring or switches replaced

A dimmer light switch isn't working and hoping that a simple replacement will fix the problem.

Handy man required to Place 45m of Christmas lights. Stick on piece every 300mm on ceiling of club awning. Road level only. Will need a ladder. But could provide.
