Hello! I have two bedrooms that need some electrical work done. In one bedroom: - fan (with built in light) is being very noisy - the light switch to turn the light on doesn’t work anymore - when you turn the fan on it often starts to spin in the opposite direction first In bedroom two: - The light dimmer switch has some connection issues and depending on where it sits the light just flickers instead of dims Could you please provide a quote for getting these small issues resolved?

Hi there, I’m wondering if someone can install an outdoor plug on my patio. There is an outlet just inside the door where I exit through to the patio, and I can see that my air conditioning outside unit has been wired into that same outlet from the outside wall. I’m wondering if we can use that same power source for the outdoor plug, and what that might cost to install?

Need to remove 4 existing pendant lights with new ones in the kitchen. No need to reposition or make new holes. Only licensed electrician.
