A few jobs at a small retail shop fit-out. 1. Repair/replace a small section of water-damaged at the bottom of the doorframe. Trim approximately 20mm from the bottom of the door itself to allow for new carpet. 2. Add a small divider wall (frame, plasterboard & plaster), approximately 850mm wide × 1.1m high (see attached concept). No need to paint 3. Attach aluminium angle to tile/floor to allow for recessed mat before new carpet is installed. Looking for someone who is experienced, neat and can complete the work to a good standard.

Our tech will uninstall and properly reinstall the minor-surgery light in a clinic. We need help in the room while our tech is above in the ceiling, uninstalling the light. The person should be comfortable climbing an 8-foot ladder and using a spanner or ratchet to undo the bolts. Job should take around 4 hours.

Sliding door mechanism is broken. Handle isn’t catching the pin to fully open the doors.

I have a lever door handle that repeatedly comes off the spindle. This has been happening since the handle was brand new, so it appears the spindle isn’t holding/securing the handle correctly rather than being an issue caused by wear over time. The mounting plate appears to be securely attached to the door. I’m looking for someone experienced with door hardware to: * Diagnose why the handle keeps coming off * Permanently fix the issue, rather than simply refitting/tightening the handle * Replace the spindle or any other components if required * Ideally retain the existing brass handle and hardware Happy to pay for any replacement parts required in addition to the job price. Small job to instal 2 chandeliers into current light fittings. Will need some reworking I suspect, it’s in a granny flat so ceiling is low and easy to access.

Hey there, We've got a laundry cupboard door (full height) that is scraping on the floor as it's hanging too low. We think it needs new hinges. It's been taken off so it doesn't create scratches.

Remove old shower screen, white with wire (97cm) and install new one (98cm) chrome and semi-frame. Need to supply silicone and screws. No need to remove old one, I can book council pick up.

Install new cabinet by drilling into the wall (tiles and brick wall). You need to provide screws. Cabinet is wooden and needs a hole cut for power plug access prior to installing. Must be installed on Saturday before 11am or between 3pm-5pm.
