Need to replace a faulty kitchen sink tap - I haven’t purchased a replacement tap so preference is if you can source one as well which I can cover the cost of (a dual sink mixer with pull out head). Otherwise, I can purchase one if preferred and just require installation. I have taken a photo of the current setup and old sink tap.

Re fit a roller blind (we need to remove it and remove a piece of the bracket to make it fit better as it is currently in too tight) - note this is a 2 person job and will require 2 x step ladders as the ceilings are 2.7m tall. 3. Ceiling to be patched and painted in 5 small spots where electrical works have been carried out.
