Hi. I am looking for someone to install 10x bags of Earth wool 3.5 batts in the ceiling above my 56m2 top storey apartment in Coogee. Please note: Strata has approved the installation, noting the installer is to provide their trade licence, CoC and public liability insurances ahead of install. Contractor must be able to provide these insurances to carry out the works. I will supply 9x bags of Earthwool R3.5 175 x 430 x 1160 Insulation Ceiling Batt. 2x front bedrooms + Living Room to include double layers of insulation. The ceiling space is large, with a max height of 2.2m - see photo. The ceiling access hatch is located above a landing in the stairwell - it is approx 305mm x 450mm - (is quite tight) see photo. R3.5 selected as bag fits to opening. Contractor to provide ladder. I can assist with passing bags up into ceiling if required. Ceiling joists have approx 430mm clear spacing. Contractor to ensure existing cables are moved to top of batts and cutouts provided for downlights + exhaust fan to ensure it is not a fire hazard. Timing for install can be flexible once approved. Supply and install lattice to fence Come to site inspect and measure and then supply lattice It is around 10-11m long. It may require some support posts at intervals. Needs to be around 1m in height Quite should include lattice and all expenses.

Installation of kitchen cabinetry

I need 3-4 hours laboring help putting some back racks and a washing line on a wall. You will need to bring your own masonry drill for the washing line and bike racks. The remaining time is to assign moving building supplies from front of house to the back.

Take down 4 curtain rods and patch up the holes (potentially paint over the patched holes if necessary?) One curtain rod has fallen down and left a small hole in the wall which will need fixing too. Please see photo attached :)

We need to have 5 sheets of gyprock, all about 1 metre high, fully set and rendered. This is on internal walls of our apartment, in two seperate areas.
