Mount 85” TV • Mount an 85-inch TV onto a gyprock wall • I already have a Sanus Advanced Full-Motion 4D VLF928-B2 wall mount, rated for TVs up to 90” • Wall has already been checked with a stud finder and timber studs are present • Mount needs to be securely fixed into the studs due to the size of the TV and full-motion bracket • Looking for someone experienced mounting large 85”+ TVs and full-motion mounts • TV and bracket are already supplied 2. Shower • Remove the existing vertical shower rail/pole • Neatly seal/make good the existing fixing holes • Replace the existing shower tap/mixer with a new one I have already purchased • Please advise if the mixer portion requires a licensed plumber 3. Reposition Laundry Bifold Doors My new dryer protrudes slightly further forward than the previous setup, so the existing bifold laundry doors currently cannot close. I would like someone to: • Remove the existing bifold doors/frame as required • Reposition them a few centimetres further forward • Reinstall and adjust the doors so they open, fold and close correctly • Make the finished installation look neat and as original as possible Happy for you to assess the best way to achieve this once onsite. Small plasterboard wall repair – staircase Looking for an experienced handyman/plasterer to repair a small hole in the wall on the side of our staircase (see photos). It was caused by one of the kids sliding into the wall and appears to be plasterboard. Looking for someone to: * Repair and patch the damaged area * Fill, sand and finish smooth/flush with the existing wall * Leave the area ready for painting, or ideally paint/touch up the repaired area if this is something you can provide Please provide all necessary repair materials and tools. I can provide matching wall paint if needed. Patch ceiling and install a small drip tray and insulation. The main roof leaks into here we have it solved but need to put in a small drip tray (Where the stained picture is) Hot water heater style) and some reflective insulation and seal up. I’m happy with patching or replace entire sheet. Budget is flexible I just want it done with a clean finish. House with driveway easy access 8ft ceiling height. Will need some discussion on site.

Our wall-mounted bathroom vanity has started separating from the wall and needs to be properly secured. As shown in the photos: There is a visible gap between the vanity and the tiled wall (right-hand side). The unit appears to have shifted or loosened from its fixings. The stone benchtop and sink are still in place. What we need: Assess why the vanity is separating (e.g. failed fixings, anchors, wall support, etc.) Re-secure the vanity safely back to the wall Ensure it is level, properly supported, and structurally sound Reseal edges (silicone. Looking for a builder /competent installer of a solvej swing. It comes with screws etc but it would need to be drilled either in an aluminium pole or the wood panel of our pergola.
