Looking to get some skirting boards and one side of a door repainted for an end of lease. Some minor filling and sanding would be needed also. We have our end of lease clean on Monday 13 April 2026 so if I could line up with that or be before that would be great. White gloss paint and equipment not provided

Sanding and paint works as per the attached pictures: Ceiling: - 5 duct repairs - 1 smaller repair - Manhole – needs minor fill (nails), sand, and paint trim Walls: - 2 duct patches - 3 switch-sized patches I’ll supply paint. You must supply the all tools and materials otherwise.

Undercoat and paint 4 x new doors on bedrooms. Need to be fully completed by 2 December

We need one wall, side of house above garage to match colour of newly installed colourbond flashing Length 12m height varies 1m - 2m Approx 15-20sqm Also require timber trim around windows in that wall painted to match
