I have bought Dulux primer and tile paint. Seeking a painter to paint the bathroom floor tiles. 283cm length, 144 cm width

Need the bathroom ceiling sanded, prepped properly and painted (including bulkhead) - Due date: Before Sunday, 12 November 2023

Empty shop, approximately 45–50 m² of area to be primed. Ceiling heights are approximately 3.2–3.6m. This is not a full painting job — we’re looking to get the walls sealed/undercoated and the ceiling painted before the final wall colour is applied. Scope: • Sand/prepare the existing wall-mounted copper gas pipes and apply the appropriate metal primer. • Apply a suitable acrylic sealer / primer / undercoat (3-in-1) over all walls, including the existing painted masonry and newly acrylic-rendered walls. • Paint the ceiling, including neat cutting in around the walls/cornice. The shop is completely empty, so masking/protection is minimal — mainly the front window, power points and lights. No furniture, cabinetry or flooring to work around. Existing storage room is excluded from the job. Photos and floor plan attached.
