Insulation & Gyprock Installation – Garage Studio Conversion Looking for an experienced gyprocker/plasterer to help finish a garage-to-studio conversion in Sydney. Scope of Work * Install wall insulation to all external walls. * Install ceiling insulation. * Supply and install plasterboard (Gyprock) to walls and ceiling. * Set and tape all joints. * Apply topping compound and sand as required, ready for painting (Level 4 finish preferred). * Cut-outs for downlights, speakers, power points, air-conditioning penetrations etc. Room Details * Studio is approximately 20m² floor area. * Rough dimensions shown in attached sketch. * Three external walls and one internal wall. * Split-system air conditioner will be installed as part of the project, so coordination around pipework penetrations may be required. * Existing framing is in place, although some sections may need packing/shimming as walls are not perfectly straight.
