Handyman needed with tools to take down existing blind and hang new one

I would need someone to install an outdoor blind on my deck. The blind is already purchased with all equipment. It needs to out put together and screws between a wooden frame. See pictures. It’s a quick task that requires a ladder and screwing equipment. I am flexible with date and time but I would like to have it for prior to Xmas.

I have an indoor roller blind that needs to be taken down. Is the lift and push in type but I can't get it down. The plastic type chain appears to have partially come of the roller and needs to be put back on. The blind can be rolled up but doesn't stay up. It just falls down to it's full length.
