Once room is empty will will decide where will be the new place for switch board and all wires. But for now only managing wire at safe position with connection facility is fine. I need two downlights installed in my dining room and for a jammed light switch to be repaired

I have several power outlets in my apartment that are either not working or do not hold the power plug properly. I need an electrician to fix these issues. Photo added. There are three sets of these plugs in the apartment that are problematic: 1. power outlet in the main bedroom does not work at all, no electricity. 2. power outlet in living area - one side of the plug works, the other does not accept the plug, it pushes it back out. 3. power outlet in second bedroom - same as above, one side accepts the plug, the other doesn't. Parking is available at my building, if we can confirm the day/time frame in advance.
