I need two downlights installed in my dining room and for a jammed light switch to be repaired

I would like to find someone to do some electrical repair and maintenance work in a apartment in Haymarket. 1 light faulty at the balcony 1 light faulty at the hallway to the study Range hood lights broken 1 faulty power point in the bedroom

I have several power outlets in my apartment that are either not working or do not hold the power plug properly. I need an electrician to fix these issues. Photo added. There are three sets of these plugs in the apartment that are problematic: 1. power outlet in the main bedroom does not work at all, no electricity. 2. power outlet in living area - one side of the plug works, the other does not accept the plug, it pushes it back out. 3. power outlet in second bedroom - same as above, one side accepts the plug, the other doesn't. Parking is available at my building, if we can confirm the day/time frame in advance.
