Hi, I have a bit of plaster starting to crumble below the Balcony door, which from my understanding needs to be sealed/stabilized and and patch with plaster. I dont have equipment and materials and this would suit someone with experience (please comment on your experience like plastering, skirting boards, etc).

Need to mound a 42 inch on a gyprock wall, I have purchased the Wall mount from bunnings

I took a bracket of my wall have been left with these holes in the wall that need filling and plastering not sure what the price would be

I want to hang a very heavy picture and I need someone who knows how to find studs in walls using a stud finder to drill a hole through gyprock into the stud then screw in the bolt or screw. With the right tools and skills it should take only 10 or 15 minutes. It’s important to get it right first time, I don’t want a series of holes in the wall. You supply drill and stud finder. It’s important to note the job is to put a screw in a stud wall with minimal damage to the wall,,not to hang the picture which I will do myself. It doesn’t have to be today Sunday 13 April - it can be any time by Easter Saturday morning. I said my budget was $70. Offers over $100 are too expensive, sorry.

Removed a 3M hook and I pulled the top layer of sheeting and paint off. About a 3cmx3cm patch.
