I’m looking for an experienced plasterer or handyman to repair three damaged sections of my apartment ceiling around the track lighting. Scope of work: * Repair 3 damaged areas in the plasterboard ceiling (see photos). * Patch and reinforce the plasterboard where required. * Sand and prepare the surface. * Match the existing ceiling finish. * Prime and repaint the repaired areas so they blend with the existing ceiling. * Leave the work area clean and tidy. The track lighting is already installed, so the repairs need to be completed neatly around it. Please see the attached photos showing all three damaged areas. Hi, I have a bit of plaster starting to crumble below the Balcony door, which from my understanding needs to be sealed/stabilized and and patch with plaster. I want to hang a very heavy picture and I need someone who knows how to find studs in walls using a stud finder to drill a hole through gyprock into the stud then screw in the bolt or screw. With the right tools and skills it should take only 10 or 15 minutes. It’s important to get it right first time, I don’t want a series of holes in the wall. You supply drill and stud finder. It’s important to note the job is to put a screw in a stud wall with minimal damage to the wall,,not to hang the picture which I will do myself. It doesn’t have to be today Sunday 13 April - it can be any time by Easter Saturday morning. I said my budget was $70. Offers over $100 are too expensive, sorry.
