We have recently had to repair the aircon unit in our apartment and the ceiling opening (approx 1.5m on the long side) needs to be re-plasterboarded and painted. The ceiling joists needed to be cut to insert the new AC, so new structure will need to be place to support the new plasterboard. There is an existing, already connected downlight which will need to be placed. Please ensure the quote included material costs, all paint, and clean up. We will make sure the area is clear for you to work. We are not sure what a fair price is, so please quote even if the budget seems low - we will consider all offers.

I have removed a set of floating cupboards and the paintwork, and parts of the drywall have peeled away. I would like these sections cleaned up and replastered along with the screw holes filled. No painting required but the area needs to be ready for paint. The total area is approx 2 sqm, but the whole section doesn’t need to be replastered.

Hi there, I’m looking for a handyman to help with a couple of jobs in my apartment. Job 1 – Roller Blinds I attempted to install zero-gravity roller blinds but couldn’t drill far enough into the concrete wall (due to lintel) to securely mount the brackets. Blinds are already on site and measured — they just need proper installation and adjustment (installed right now but not a great job) Job 2 – Ceiling Repair & Painting We recently had ceiling fans installed and there are some holes / damage in the ceiling drywall that need repairing. • Patch and sand ceiling drywall • Paint the repaired area (paint supplied) Notes: • You’ll need your own tools (hammer drill, masonry bits, patching tools, etc.) • Paint will be supplied • Apartment is on 3rd floor - no lift Ideally looking for someone experienced with blind installation and minor plastering/painting. Two small jobs in one: 1) Remove bottom 15cm of 275cm brick wall (loose as seen in pictures) and apply new render. No painting needed. 2) Apply new plaster to 120cm x 90cm area in bedroom where it fell off. Area includes on ceiling light and one edge as pictured. Need help fixing a patch of ripped drywall paper

Remove and patch two screws from a gyprock wall. Paint supplied.

- remove 2x wardrobes, patch and square set walls around it ready for wardrobe installation - wardrobe 1: 3.0m x 2.6m - wardrobe 2: 1.4m x 2.6m; this smaller one needs to demolish small gyprock section (~ 1.2m x 0.3m) to make room for taller robe. See pic where I note the section to be demolished - terrace house - wardrobes on 2nd floor - materials to be broken down to fit skip bin - can discard rubbish safely thru balcony direct to backyard, in designated area ready for self organised removal - I will organise rubbish removal separately
