Need wall patched up after renovations. Please see photos. Only patching and sanding back required. No painting is needed.

There are existing holes in the wall that are too large. Would like to utilise the same holes to put up hooks to hang the picture frame securely. The frame will be above the bed, so it needs to be secure and not fall off. You’ll need to supply a wire or a thick string to tie the back of the frame and hooks etc.

- Extend the gyprock/timber around the skylighy to make it fully airtight - Finish with a white paint

Dryer mounting to gyprock wall, tasker will be provided with the dryer hooks - seen in the pictures. Tasker must have own tools and advise in advance if anything else will be needed to mount the dryer. I will ask for an official invoice to be issued upon completion, so I can get re-inversed.
