There is a small area on the ceiling which needs a light patch-up and paint

Need a small box built to cover an exposed pipe. The box will have two 90° corners, a vertical bulkhead to run around, and needs to join the bottom of the bulkhead. Photos of the piping are provided. The other part is a gap in the bulkhead that was an access point needs covering ready for painting. Approx. size for gap in bulkhead: 600–500mm. It’s not the one in the picture. Forgot to get a picture of this. Requirements: • Material: MDF preferred (gyprock may be needed for bulkhead section) • Smooth, paint-ready finish • Screw/fill and sand holes Skills needed: Carpenter / Drywaller with experience in small boxing or feature walls. The ceiling in our hostel hallway (Lvl M) has been damaged due to water leakage, and a section of it needs to be renewed. There is a hole in the ceiling, approximately 50 cm in size, that requires plastering and repair. The task involves repairing the wall and reattaching a metal panel that became detached due to water leakage. The leakage compromised the structural integrity of the area, causing the panel to come loose. The job requires thorough inspection, plastering, and the careful reinstallation of the metal panel.

So I’ve had some wall damage patched with plaster and I would like the patches sanded down and painted over. The photos show most of the plaster sections (they will be dry by Monday) but I also have a couple of additional spots that could use a lick of paint. We have a 26kg tv, 65", that needs to be mounted onto white drywall. The drywall has a few studs but might not have studs for where it needs to be placed. So we're looking for someone who can mount that onto drywall using anchor mounts if need be, just in case there are no studs. We want a tilting bracket (vertical up down, horizontal tilt not required) for the TV, we're happy to pay up to $80 for that on top of the cost of this ad. I will be home to assist you, i'm tall and strong so I can assist with holding the weight.
