The power points are working, however an electrician has advised that the wall/plaster around some of them is crumbling, which is causing the outlets to pull away from the wall. I have a small plastering job that needs to be completed prior to painting this weekend.

I have a section of wall outside my laundry cupboard that has been damaged by humidity from the dryer. The paint has bubbled and the wall underneath is now soft/spongy, so I believe the gyprock needs to be cut out and replaced (not just patched over). This is located next to a light switch. Scope of work: - Cut out the damaged section of gyprock - Install new plasterboard patch (with proper backing) - Tape, joint, sand, and smooth the surface - Prime and repaint to match existing wall (we'll supply the paint) Important: This has been caused by moisture, so I need a proper fix rather than a surface patch I can send more photos if needed.

I need a safe, compliant hardwired connection run from the switchboard to the sauna heater location. The heater is 9kw 220v. The main breaker board is almost right on top of where the sauna will be located but on ground level. The sauna is in the basement below. There is electrical conduit running down the wall below the breaker and there is a power point down in the basement, also very close to where the sauna is.

2x awnings at front of terrace are only attached at the top. The sides were attached but have come loose so they just swing in the wind. We need them secured at the side too.
