My sink is congested after 15 seconds of water flow. Tried Drano and also drain wire but didn’t fix the problem.

Toilet is leaking from the base. A plumber has already replaced all the seals inside the toilet, but it is still leaking. He also tried to do a leak detection test but could not find the leak.

Just moved into new apartment. There is a leak under the sink. I think the pipe running from the drain to under the sink just needs tightening/cleaned and silicone added, and the sink drain itself also needs tightening.

Have had new kitchen installed and need a plumber to connect the sink tap and drain, the dishwasher (this already has line just needs to be connect to the new drain pipe) and to connect the gas line to the new cooktop

Shower is currently usable but requires repair before damage worsens. Required outcome --------------------- Identify the cause of the water ingress. Repair the shower to a professional standard. Replace or repair any damaged tiles, grout, adhesive, substrate and/or waterproofing as required. Ensure the shower is fully watertight and suitable for normal ongoing use. Note on price/effort ---------------------- I understand the full extent of the damage may not be known until the shower is opened up. Please come prepared to complete the repair during the visit where practical, rather than just providing an inspection. If more extensive damage is discovered (e.g. substrate, waterproofing or structural repairs), I'm happy to discuss and approve a reasonable variation for additional labour and materials before that work proceeds. About you ------------ I've had leaks in the past (not here, a different bathroom) and experience has shown that I definitely need to get someone with direct experience with shower leak/waterproofing repairs. Our hot water is very warm but not hot. It used to be hot. We live in an apartment and our neighbours say their water is hot. Gas/electric company say no issue on their end. Building management says it may be a tempering valve issue.

Properly install hot water system (currently has Flexi hose).

Especially when hot water used, sink drips water. Either needs changed or fixed.

Hi I need a qualified plumber/trade person to drill a tap hole on kitchen bench top in order to have Billi Manufacturer to install the filter tap. Must have lots of experience on this. Have liability insurance to cover damage risk. Thanks

It’s a Cafe - we need to clear 2 sinks blocked drain. It’s functional but keep getting blocked intermittently

We have a shower that has been dripping for months. Have been putting it off but have noticed some mould forming on the other side of the wall which is probably related so would like it fixed now. Happy to negotiate price.

- Electric hot water tank only producing warm water in house. - Plumber came to service tank advising nothing was wrong. When the tap on the tank is turned off, tank fills up with hot water. When tap is turned on, water within house is hot, however goes back to warm within a couple of hours. - If tank tap is on, but no water in house is being used - water meter continues running. When tank tap is turned off, meter stops running. - Hot water tank is connected to house directly, running through adjoining terrace wall to first toilet, laundry, bathroom and then kitchen. - No leak / water damage is visible in house / neighbouring house. - Plumber who serviced tank believes there is a leak in the wall somewhere, not visible due walls being tiled etc. After a quote to pin point the location of the leak to determine how to resolve. After non-destructive test to determine location of leak.

My toilet is continuing to run water after flushing so doesn’t ever fill the top

Needs old shower head and kitchen tap removed and new one installed.

Shower head is constantly leaking. Looking for someone to fix this issue. Could be a tap issue, unsure.

Washing machine was installed today and now no hot water to laundry sink. Not sure why . when i turn hot water valve on water comes from the under sink tap. Is something missing now ? See photos.
