Hi, I need someone to repair or replace my shower head. The current shower head has come off the wall mount and is no longer attached properly (see photo). I’m not sure if it just needs a new bracket or a full replacement, so please bring the tools and parts needed to fix it. This task must strictly be done between 10-2 on Friday. Requirements: • Inspect the issue • Reattach securely OR replace parts if needed • Provide any small replacement fittings if required (happy to pay for parts)

We have an AirBnB and guest has reported that the toilet is not flushing. Could be an easy fix or the valve inside may be not working. Need it done urgently. The buttons do not seem to be working.

Supply and install new shower head similar to the photo. I want a 6.5L/hr super efficient head as it's used for an Airbnb and the gas supplied water from strata is very expensive.

The hot water is not very hot. I think it needs to install a new Tempering valve Also to repair the leaking shower head.

My large gas burner keeps turning off and won’t stay on. The small burner works fine though.

Seeking local handy man. I am from Chippendale have the new toilet seat just need an experienced handy man to come over and install it. It is a meco soft close toilet seat and you have to install it from the top so only apply if you are experienced in putting on these kinds of seats! Need a guy to organise but probably near end of Feb 2023 is good and help get the old seat off too which shouldn’t be too hard and it’s mostly come off anyway! I have no idea what equipment you need or even how to install it as you see the other one wasn’t done properly but I ordered from the supplier the actual seat but I want it put on professionally by someone who knows what they are doing!
