Hello - looking for a handyman to come and fix two things in my apartment - Bathroom sink tap needs a new aerator (I think) - Shower head is loose and not staying put the wingnut is missing. So a new wingnut. Can provide photos or other description if useful. Parking is difficult here, there is street parking however, not always available unless you come early in the morning.

We have an AirBnB and guest has reported that the toilet is not flushing. Could be an easy fix or the valve inside may be not working. Need it done urgently. The buttons do not seem to be working.
