I'm looking for a licensed plumber to replace an existing hot water system. The current system is still working, so this is not an emergency replacement. The reason I want the work completed in two stages is that I plan to remove cabinetry behind the unit and complete some tiling work before the new system is installed. Garden tap leaking and can’t turn off, not sure if need new tap installed or just washer or something else.

We had a burst hose which connects to a mixer tap and as such need to replace the tap. The vanity is damaged and so we are going to replace that too. We have the tap, and vanity, sink including waste etc. THIS DOES NOT NEED TO BE SUPPLIED. We cannot isolate via the mini taps so we have no water!

Replace tap washers in shower (leaking) and replace internals to the cistern of a Caroma toilet. The flush button also needs to be replaced.

A couple bathroom tiles are loose, partly because the shower head above keeps leaking water down on to it, so this also needs fixing. 1 x big white tile needs gluing down and a little red square tile. Perhaps the old tiles underneath have also contributed to the looseness of those on top?
