Hi, I have a leaking pipe at my kitchen sink that needs fixing. The pipe is leaking/dripping and I’m looking for someone experienced to identify the issue and repair it. Please bring any basic tools or parts required, although happy to reimburse for additional parts if needed (with approval first). Located in Camperdown. Flexible with timing.

Current gas hot water tank Replaced to continuous flow 26L Approx 4 meter of Gas pipe needs change to correct size

Need the toilet exhaust fan fixed or replaced

Toilet not flushing Crack in cistern Tap flow is low too

Blocked toilet incommercial building needs to be unblocked

Current Mondella black shower head taps and basin faucet to be replaced with new Mondella brushed brass.

Cold tap (handle) is not closing properly: the tap is leaking. Would like to replace the tap with a mixer tap: happy to supply the mixer tap. Alternatively, stop the tap from leaking permanently, if doable.

I require a plumber for two tasks: 1. Replace shower head and taps (currently dripping, taking the opportunity to replace) 2. Our gas water heater and pipes are currently secured to a wall which is being torn down - need to run the pipes along an alternate route (or perhaps relocate hot water system entirely)

The knob on my mixer tap keeps falling off and I need someone to fasten it.

Toilet won’t stop running. Toilet is imperial and button flush.
