Need someone to remove the old kitchen tap and install a new one. I have already purchased the new tap, so only installation is required.

Current Mondella black shower head taps and basin faucet to be replaced with new Mondella brushed brass.

Replace the wall hung bathroom basin. New basin supplied.

The laundry sink is dripping and there seems to be some water coming up from the floor which might be from this so will need to have a look

The drain pipe in my laundry basin/sink makes constant noises. It’s either a quiet gurgling every 30-60 minutes or a loud knocking every 3-5 seconds. I’m not using water or doing laundry to cause this. I’ve had the building manager look at it and he said the issue is with the drain pipe. I do have video/audio of the noises that I can text through.

A Licensed plumber required to unblock the bathtub shower drain, as it is fully blocked. It is a house and the shower is on the first floor. The bathtub pipes can easily be access from the bottom floor as well.

I’ve got a leaking bathroom tap and I can’t for the life of me seem to get the lock nut off to fix it. I’ve got all the parts but need someone with stronger hands to help out if there is anyone close by who is bored 😂 Need to remove the tap head and replace the wall spindle.
