1. Shower tray is leaking onto the bathroom floor when we take a shower. We need someone to provide a waterproof patch job that will hold. It appears to be a very small gab in the grout/ tiling binder that’s causing the leak 2. Our catch is also peeling off and needs replacing.

I have a few small plumbing jobs to be completed in my apartment. 1. The tap in the laundry is horizontal, but needs to be vertical in order for the washing machine hose to connect 2.
