Repair toilet seat - has come off hinges

There is some mould on the silicone around the shower and sink and we need it replaced before we move out

Each time we fix to adjust the toilet seat holder it gets loose and I would like it to be secured so well that it won’t happen again as I have another toilet in another place that doesn’t do this. Can you help?

We keep replacing kitchen tap and the plumber said its due to benchtop sinking, need the benchtop replaced around kitchen sink

Ice maker unit in fridge has stopped working need it repaired. Tap in kitchen sink has no pressure. Every other tap in the unit has pressure bar this one.

Dishwasher can turn on and wash but not draining..water is pooling at the bottom. There was a loud noise inside the machine before it stops draining. What is the root cause? Is it best to replace it or fix it?

The kitchen sink is blocked and pipes underneath leaking. The dishwasher wasn’t draining during the week which is beside the sink. It’s a double sink. Likely a blockage somewhere.

I would like to get the dishwasher fixed. It seems the issue is mostly due to the water intake system.

The sink has fallen through the recess due to soft glue. No broken pipes or previous leaks. Need to reinstall the sink. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 11 October 2023
