I have an old toilet and I needed the button replaced but it’s an old imperial fitting so I have to instead replace the entire outlet valve. (They don’t make the button anymore) It’s just a quick 20 minute job but I’m not confident enough to do it. I have the part. Just need it installed.

I require the inside fixture for flushing toilet changed

I have an old free standing tub that is held up with two metal brackets on the wall. That tub needs to be removed and replaced with a 1500 double sink that has legs and a pot rack underneath. I just need the plumber to fit and supply plumbing sink outlet drains and obviously fit the sink. Dryer next to current sink will be removed.

Small shower needs retiling . 950 / 875

Washing machine hoses have been placed on taps wrong way round. Need to swap hot- cold and cold - hot. Too tight for me to do. 5 minute job. Need done Thursday between 9-12 or 1-6

Small sink tap in bathroom is leaking. Have had this problem before. Fixed with new rubber seal. Need someone with own tools to do this. Tap leaking at bottom seal near basin.

So the shower drain in the bathroom is clogged and we'd like someone to assess the situation. The water still goes down but very slowly. The shower and bathtub pipes are connected. Hi there Hope all is going well! Hope you can help me. I need someone to do the following please. 1) I need to disconnect 3 pipes (copper? hot and cold pipe and a plastic drainage pipe) from my bathroom basin and put ‘block’ om them. 2) Also cut them at the point where they go into the wall. (they connect to a sink in the next room). Not shown in pics. Fee: I have kept this job a bear minimum to help reduce fees. I have put $100. In the back garden there is an old thin pipe on the ground that I need someone to come and cap. Unsure if it actually has running water as tap is hard to reach but it's very old.

Toilet isn’t flushing in a gallery space. Nothing blocked or anything, just flush hasn’t worked in some months. Water definitely flowing into toilet though.
