Find an experienced plumber in Alexandria

Ive attached my washing machine to the tap in the garage and the fitting isn’t snug and is leaking a bit. The tap is in an annoying position so it might need an extra large wrench to tighten it, or perhaps it needs a different sized fitting or maybe even a new tap. I live near Bunnings so I am happy to pay for what ever is needed to fix it on the spot I’d just like someone to come have a look and help me get it to stop dripping. I don’t think this one needs a licensed plumber but it would be great if you have plumbing experience. Note. The second tap (in a better position) does not appear to be working at all.

Once the toilet completes a flush after about 10 seconds it starts to run, & continues running for 5-7 minutes.

Already purchased Phoenix kitchen mixer tap needs to be installed. Current tap is also a phoenix mixer with similar mechanics, should be an easy swap. I am attaching what both the old and new taps look like as well as installation instructions. Prefer qualified plumber for the job.

Hinge / bolts snapped on soft close toilet seat. Supplier sent replacement parts that didn’t work. Will need you to bring own hinge parts to secure seat to basin Toilet is a villeroy & Boch subway 2.0 wall faced toilet Edit: I would prefer to keep the same seat, unless the proposed new seat is equally as nice. Bathroom shower drain and bathroom floor drain blocked ,

My balcony drainage is blocked and noticed there is cement within the pipe. I don’t know how to remove it as I don’t have any device for it. It is a plastic drainage and apparently it’s quite full of material. Hopefully you can clear completely the drainage so it works as it should for winter, thanks

The tap which connects to our toilet has stopped working and water is not flowing to fill up the cistern. When you twist the tap in each direction it feels very loose and does not do anything. The cistern very very slowly fills up over the course of several days.

The seal around my bathtub has deteriorated, causing water to leak through the gaps. I need a professional to remove the old seal and apply new silicone seal between the bathtub and the surrounding tiles.

Our toilet has started to continually run water. Previously, I could tap the flush button again and normally, it would stop water but now it doesn't. I think it will need a new part replaced. Need someone to supply part and repair. Thank you
