Existing mixer kitchen tap has a slow leak at base and needs to be replaced. I have purchased a brand new replacement tap (with associated hoses and fitting parts as pictured) so just need the existing tap to be replaced with the new one (labour service only).

I’m having pest problems in bathroom and need the drains cleaned professionally for pest control. Have already tried baking soda/hot water but pests continue to come up just a day later. 1x shower drain 1x bathroom drain 1x sink drain Please provide quote for everything including all cleanup fees without extra charges on site. If there will be extra charges please let me know in advance what it could be for. My biggest problem has been plumbers leaving foot prints, gunk and other rubbish after the job and looking for proper cleanup. No parking unfortunately.

After changing the kitchen tap I realised there’s always small dots of black residue coming out of the water. I tried leaving the tap on and using it for a while but doesn’t seem to go away. How much would it be to have this looked at and fixed? Also my hot water is not working well and the building manager says a plumber needs to change or repair the temperature gauge valve inside the unit. Need a quote for this too. Cheers
