Looking for a licensed plumber to replace my existing kitchen tap with a supplied replacement tap. This is a straightforward job with access beneath the benchtop. The job is expected to use the existing isolation valves and pipework. Please bring the necessary tools, install and secure the new tap, reconnect the hot and cold water, and test for leaks before finishing. Photos are attached, and a parking permit will be provided.

Looking for a handyman or plumber to service or replace the head/spindle assembly on a vandal-proof / tamper-proof outdoor brass garden tap. The Problem: When using a standard 4-way tap key to turn on the water, the top collar/head mechanism unscrewed completely instead of opening the valve, causing water to spray out. What’s Needed: Disassemble top assembly, check/replace internal washer or rubber O-rings, or replace the anti-vandal tap head assembly entirely. Re-install securely with appropriate thread sealant/tape to make it watertight. Test that the valve turns on/off properly using a standard key handle without unscrewing the housing. Tools/Parts: I have the standard 4-way brass key tool, but please bring standard plumbing tape, replacement washers/O-rings, or a spare anti-vandal tap head in case parts are worn out.

We’ve just had a new Bosch Washing machine and dryer delivered. The washing machine seems to be setup fine but the delivery guy couldn’t connect the drainage on the dryer as he said it wouldn’t fit in the hole. Previously we had both washer and dryer plumbed in, so wanting someone to come over and check dryer, potentially make the hole in the top of the drain a bit bigger so the dryer pipe can fit in, and just generally check both are connected properly and pushed back as far as possible. I need two T-connectors installed. These will eventually be connected via flexible hoses to supply water to the new bathroom and kitchen. I am located in darlinghurst and access to the pipes are really easy as they are out in the open and the water mains will be off. The existing water supply is an old copper pipe, which needs to remain in place, so the T-connectors will need to be connected to the copper pipe using the appropriate fittings. At this stage, I just need the T-connectors installed and left ready for the flexible hoses to be connected later.
