Hi there, we need our tempering valve replaced. We already have our strata plumber inspecting and confirming that it is a 3/4" commercial 4-in-1 stainless steel tempering valve. It is located inside the apartment so we are responsible for it. We are flexible with timing (still have hot water supply) - as it is currently in manual override mode. Can you please quote? Looking for someone experienced with outdoor fountains, water features and pumps to diagnose and fix my fountain. The fountain is currently running, but the water flow isn’t quite right. I want the water to come up over the top of the ball and flow evenly down all sides, then cascade properly through the fountain. It may need a new/replacement hose, adjustment to the existing pump, connections or flow rate, but I’d like someone experienced to assess what is causing the issue and fix it properly. Ideally you can supply/install any new hose, fittings or minor parts required. Goal: strong, even water flow over the entire ball and a nice consistent cascade into the bowls. Photos attached showing the fountain operating currently.

Toilet cistern fill is slow. Issue appears to be the toilet wall valve. I have a replacement valve ready to go, just need someone who knows what they are doing to replace the existing valve.

There is water leak from the tap and pipe, need help fixing it!

There seems to be a severe water leakage in my bathroom, I would like to have the waterproofing redone if there is any. I will remove all tiles, and redo the cosmetics myself, so only paying for waterproofing job alone.

There's a leaking point in the laundry room

First, my kitchen sink is blocked. I unscrewed the pipes under the sink, but found nothing. Second,the old water tape in the balcony needs a new one. Third, the cold water tape in the laundry is dripping

The property currently has a 50-litre hot water tank, which is insufficient for the number of occupants in this shared house. We are looking to increase the hot water capacity to better meet the property's demand to another 350 Liters making it to 400 Liters in total.

We have a loose toilet seat downstairs and it doesn’t look at simple as siliconing it because the holes are far too big for where the connecting bits go in. Please first advise what needs to be done
