Kitchen sink blocked all of a sudden

Hello, I am looking for a licensed plumber to fix kitchen tap hoses and leaks, and finish installing a washing machine please in an apartment I have recently moved into. Kitchen plumbing - The flexible water feed hoses that connect to the kitchen taps have notices attached to them stating that they have been installed incorrectly. - There is very minor leaking. One leak from the metal water pipes where they intersect, and one leak from the waste pipe. - The first task is to install the hoses correctly, or replace if necessary. - The second task is to patch the leaks. I am not interested in replacing any pipes at this stage. Washing machine connection - I have a front loader machine that needs a cold tap connection only. - I have tried to attach the hose, but when I turn on the water, the connection sprays a lot of water. Please see photos provided. Building is from 1975. Apartment is in north Newtown. I can provide parking on site. Budget is for your time, allowing for an hour. Material costs on top of that if required. Would appreciate responses that consider the information provided here. A new silicone seal is required around the kitchen sink, splash back and the bathroom vanity tap.

Replace temporing valve with direct 1/2 copper pipe. Will require brazing several joints. I have required copper joints if helpful. Bathroom has a separate valve already, so is compliant. Would suit apprentice plumber.

Install a new basin mixer in bathroom sink Only being replaced as black paint peeling off and it got replaced by Bunnings. Simple enough task, I don’t have the right tool to access the underneath nut.

Two small jobs in tenanted property in Newtown: Y1 blocked kitchen sink 2 water leaking from dishwasher

Bosch dishwasher has started leaking out the back/underneath during most washing cycles. Can this please be fixed?

Remove from property two glass panels 1200x1200mm + one glass gate panel slightly smaller, as well as two lengths of pvc pipe as pictured. Reuse or dispose as you wish, I just need them gone today, cheers.

Licensed plumber required - Shower not draining properly, two taps leaking – likely need washer/seal replacements

We have a 'Cosmetal JET IN H' water filter system in our office kitchen, and recently the water has tasted a bit strange, so we think that we need the filter changed. We have no idea how to do this. Hopefully the photos tell you everything that you need to know. Let me know if you need more info.

Toilet is blocked (not all of the time) - need a plumber

We have a blocked kitchen sink that is also making a small clothes washing machine located under it flood.

Cut out the current gyprock/plasterboard around the shower head approx 40 cm2, check there is no leak in the water lines that feed to the shower head, replace with a new piece of white gyprock (you will need to supply) that is water resistant/rated to use in bathroom, and replace the shower head (I have already purchased the new shower head, see photos).

I need a gutter replaced and also a box installed for better drainage. Currently it over flows in the middle and needs to be on slant to one side so the water heads in that direction

Need screw replaced in kitchen sink. The screw fell down the drain. Photos attached

I’m looking for someone to install a second sink in my bathroom. There is no second extra water connection or drainage so that’ll need to be done. Sink will obviously be supplied.

We need the pipes dropped lower to better allow washing machine etc waste water to flow out. I'd estimate the existing plumbing needs to come down about 2 inches so the water isn't having to go up to make it into the waste holes.

Our bathroom tap is leaking. We have replaced the washers. We think the spindle needs replacing
