I need to terminate existing taps which come out of the wall above the laundry bench and reroute so they come out below bench height for the new mixer. There is an access panel available which allows for access to the waste. The existing taps will need to be lowered by chasing new pipe into the wall. Pipes will be fully accessible for when you arrive. I will need the new hot and cold pipes to have independent shut off valves accessible inside the sink cupboard. The cold pipe will also need to have a T junction so it can connect to the washing machine. Waste for sink and washing machine will also need to be replaced. You do not have to install mixer as this will be connected once the new bench and tiling is finished - Due date: Before Saturday, 22 April 2023

Our instant hot water unit pilot light appears to not be holding and the unit is temperamental - it works when we turn the unit off and on again but will often go out mid shower. Hi In my airbnb studio the toilet is leaking at the base - the bit connecting the toilet bowl to the tiles. It’s leaking water and I suspect it’s because the silicone isn’t there anymore .
