Find an experienced plumber in Strawberry Hills

I’m getting some new appliances for my apartment (specifically gas stove and electric oven), Need licensed tradesperson who can remove old appliances and install new ones. Must be licensed and insured to ensure warranty isn’t voided. Standard sizes (old and new) Gas stove: 60cm Electric oven: 60cm Purchasing Westinghouse equipment so nothing overly fancy.

Install 2 salon hair wash basins. Existing plumbing in place. Need basins fitted, connected to water and waste, sealed and tested. Commercial salon environment, prefer licensed plumber with experience. All fixtures supplied.

An outdoor pipe has just exploded and I'd like someone to come and repair it urgently. I am away from home and was sent this image.

Supply and install new 50L Hot Water System (eg Rheem). Disconnect and remove current 125L electric HWS (see photos). HWS is located on small tiled platform in cafe on ground floor (easy access).

Hose is long enough but 4 small holes in cabinets will need to be drilled to make room for the hose. Adaptor type Y needed for under the sink to make the connection.

I bought a Kogan benchtop dishwasher and its water refilling hose is somehow not fit to my kitchen’s faucet. Maybe there’s a way to connect it through the system down below the sink? I bought a faucet splitter but I don’t reckon it’s compatible with regular sink. I’m flexible with my schedule next week, 7th Oct anytime after 2pm, or friday 9-5.

I need a new washer in a bathroom tap. I would also like an under sink Walter filter fitted (removing the current one - filter tap is already in place)

Reposting this from an earlier task as my scope has changed. Looking for a licenced plumber to help me replace shower head and bath and basin taps in my bathroom. I had a plumber come by and inspect my shower head leak, and he indicated it was due to old taps. What I need done specifically: 1) Replace / install shower head 2) Replace / install bath taps - 1/4 turn wall top assembly 3) Replace / install bath set (taps + spout) - 1/4 turn + spout 4) Replace / install 1/4 level sink basin set 5) IF POSSIBLE - the sink just has an open pipe; not sure if you can also install a stopper / plug so it's not just exposed PVC piping (I've had a few things fall down there in the past). I've ordered each of the 4 components and am waiting on delivery. Ideally will arrive next week. Photos attached of current situation / what I'd like replacing.

The bathroom tub is clogged, and we need a plumber to to fix this.

We have had a leak start in our very old plumbing system under our sink. The system is very DIY (was completed prior to our tenancy), and is honestly a mess. There is an old cast iron pipe that has begun leaking - it's been suggested by a plumber that inspected that this would need to be cut at the section and replaced with PvC. There is also the need to repair leaks in other sections of the PvC piping under the sink and ensure that the hot water piping is correct as they indicated issues with this as well. The arrow on the first couple images points to where the leak is occuring.

Electric hot water heater (47L) constantly using ~1KW per hour even when not in use - property uninhabited. Switched HW fuse off at around 12:20am and 95% of energy use dropped. Unsure how old the unit is but maybe needs a service. Projected cost per year is $2.5-3k for a small 47L unit is unacceptable . Property is single level hot water supply only running to bathroom, kitchen/ laundry (all within 5 metres pipeline of each other)from outside kitchen window so likely some heat leak within that container area or just faulty unit. Don’t want to buy new unit just yet to see if old unit can be serviced / it is an issue with heat loss in the pipes (so new unit won’t solve.)

Sunbeam coffee machine has issues with leaks around the group head and not pouring espresso shots. Shots coming out with very little or no coffee, while parts around the group head and seal leak hot water. From my research it looks like the group head seal may need replacing.
