The shower drain in my apartment is draining very slowly, but not fully blocked. Other showers in the building don't have this issue, so it seems isolated to this unit. I need a plumber to come and fix or replace the tap

Need someone to remove the old kitchen tap and install a new one. I have already purchased the new tap, so only installation is required.

Current Mondella black shower head taps and basin faucet to be replaced with new Mondella brushed brass.

The laundry sink is dripping and there seems to be some water coming up from the floor which might be from this so will need to have a look

The drain pipe in my laundry basin/sink makes constant noises. It’s either a quiet gurgling every 30-60 minutes or a loud knocking every 3-5 seconds. I’m not using water or doing laundry to cause this. I’ve had the building manager look at it and he said the issue is with the drain pipe. I do have video/audio of the noises that I can text through.
