Need the toilet removed to make room to install the washing machine. Once installed, reinstalling the toilet.

We pulled a bath and its frame out, and now want to turn this space into a shower only, plus remove some of the lower wall tiles where mould is in the grout. Waterproofing needs redoing, and we’ll use the same wall tiles, and look to get the matching floor tiles also. Planning on putting in a glass sliding door and new shower/tap ware too. Hi! We need someone to secure my washing machine drain hose into the waste trap using a proper hose/bracing clamp. A plumber’s inspection found that the drain hose is currently unclamped, which creates a risk of the hose dislodging during discharge and causing flooding. Our hot water is a pale cloudy yellow - the cold water is clear. So need to figure out what’s causing that, if it’s safe?? And how to fix. We also have a leaky bathroom tap that needs to be repaired or replaced.

I took my bathroom sink pipe/trap off to retrieve a piece of jewellery that fell down. Now can’t get it back on properly.

The shower head in my new apartment is woeful, I’ve bought a new one and need someone to install it for me. The hose is included with the shower head.

We need two jobs done on/under the kitchen sink. They are: (1) Remove an Oliveri Pull Out Spray Mixer (see pic 1) in its entirety and replace it with an Estilo Pull Out Spray Mixer (supplied - very similar product). (2) Remove a ZIP water heater in its entirety, ie. everything under the sink (see pic 2) and the ZIP tap (see pic 3). Please quote on job (1) as detailed above. Please quote on job (2), but split the quote in two, ie. (2a) remove all the ZIP fixtures from under the sink only; and (2b) remove the ZIP tap from the sink top only.

Hi we have a drip under the kitchen sink that needs fixing. The laundry machine which is adjacent and connected to it is also not working (showing an error) - not sure if this is related to kitchen leak or not but needs fixing also.
