Hi I need a bathroom sink faucet tightened . A new mirror was installed and the installers loosened mixer but did not retighten it . The second task is an outdoor tap has come loose and needs retightening.

Install water piping in backyard so that Sydney Water can install a water meter. Property is currently unmetered. Photos show the two isolation points in the backyard. I expect we would install the meter somewhere in the garden bed.

Hi! We need someone to secure my washing machine drain hose into the waste trap using a proper hose/bracing clamp. A plumber’s inspection found that the drain hose is currently unclamped, which creates a risk of the hose dislodging during discharge and causing flooding. Our hot water is a pale cloudy yellow - the cold water is clear. So need to figure out what’s causing that, if it’s safe?? And how to fix. We also have a leaky bathroom tap that needs to be repaired or replaced.

We need two jobs done on/under the kitchen sink. They are: (1) Remove an Oliveri Pull Out Spray Mixer (see pic 1) in its entirety and replace it with an Estilo Pull Out Spray Mixer (supplied - very similar product). I need a new tap installed at front of a semi-detached house. There is the main water tap about 10 metres away (per photo) To supply tap and all required materials. There is no water meter on property.

There are 4 drains within an internal commercial space. These drains were capped at the time of a fit out and an epoxy pain was used to cover the floor. I would like to expose these drains and remove the plates.

Remove an old bathroom vanity and install a new one, including new tap and 2 xalready have. New vanity is 900mm free standing. Pics of old and new included. New vanity requires new sink plug also, would prefer this is supplied.

Shower leaks from the shower door onto the bath mat. The mat is soaked after every shower. I replaced the seal at the bottom of the door but that hasn’t made any difference. Water appears to leak through around the hinge and where the door meets the bathtub. Preferred date for the job is Friday 1 March.

A screw broke on my shower head. I need the screw replaced and the shower head to be tightened so it stays in its position. It keeps falling down. At the moment it’s held up by tape. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 27 December 2023
