Looking to install floating shelves into 'alcove' area in living room. Floating shelves will be provided (RJLiving Hold Wall shelf 70cm + 140 cm). Will also require the handiwork to allow cables to route through the wall for speakers (per picture supplied). Will also require patch up and potential paint for existing holes (previously held a 20kg mirror).

Under sink cabinets are 30mm high. Cannot go higher as entire middle shelf is blocked by the kitchen pipe. Would like someone to assess whether the cabinet can be modified so the right hand side has higher clearance to install an under shelf pull out kitchen bin.
