I'm opening a bar in the CBD. It's a basement venue and originally had beautiful exposed brick walls, but at some point someone painted over them. To my knowledge it's only one coat of paint, although I have no idea what type of paint was used. The venue is approximately 85sqm in total. It's on Clarence Street in the CBD, so access is a little limited and I'd imagine parking would be via loading zones if required. I'm looking to get an idea of what it would cost to remove the paint. The photos aren't the best as it was very dark being a basement venue.
