We have had a shower screen installed and the installer has not covered some tiling which need to be painted. They have put clear silicone over the unpainted tiles which may need to be removed. There is also a few other small spots needing painting.

Wall areas to be painted ranges from 15cm to 50 cm in height (due to slope in roof). Will need some minor repairs from old mould damage, proper prep/sanding and repainting in white mould resistant paint. Please supply the paint and I will reimburse separately. Pictures attached. The first pic shows the ceiling area and you can see the areas above the tiles on the walls to be painted as well. The other two pics show some closer detail of the minor wear and tear on the ceiling. Prefer job to be done later this week or next week. Negotiable with days/times, and there will be the possibility of some other small painting jobs around the house too if you want more work after this job.

Ceiling to be flat paint, potentially patch some holes. Need help patching the dry wall ceiling and sanding it, making it smooth to the ceiling. I have tried to repair it and it’s not the best job. The whole area that needs fixing is about 20x20cm but the rip is about 15x10. Willing to pay extra $20 to who ever can colour match or get the colour 90% there. I have the old paint, but it’s 9 years old, so it doesn’t exactly match. The paint in the can is much lighter than the ceiling colour despite being the same paint used. I do have parking, and if you can come and do it today 29/07 will be great

Remove handles from kitchen cupboards. Remove vinyl wrap from kitchen doors and spray paint doors with Rust-Oleum 2X Ultra Cover Gloss Spray, Gloss White. Vinyl wrap is peeling and is easily removable with a hair dryer. I will supply spray paint.
