There is water leaking from the hot water bathroom sink tap. I have seen water under the sink in the cupboard and can see water run down the hot water pipe.

Have all kitchen appliances to be wired up except for fridge. Electric cooktop, rangehood, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Cables will need to be run from under house for the dishwasher and stovetop. The microwave and fridge already has cables poking through the wall.

Plumber needed to change bathroom taps to property owner supplied quarter turn taps. Two shower taps sets (shower heads do not need changing), two sets of vanity sink taps and spout and one set of bath taps and spout.

Replace existing handles of laundry taps with quarter turn ( we will supply) and fix the drip. There is also an outdoor dripping tap where the hose connects.
