Our Undermount sink has been installed but does not have any of the pipes and plumbing connected yet. Same with our dishwasher. The dishwasher didn’t exist previously so there is no current spot for the overflow. So it will need to be rigged up. Also I don’t have all of the parts because I’m not sure what I need.

New vanity has been installed, need a plumber to connect basin to pipe from ground asap.

I bought this hisense fridge/freezer last week second had , it runs well for a while then stops , it's building up ice , it turns off for long time till ice melts then runs again and so on , it's not that old but not under warranty , hopefully small fix , it's no frost .could be the thermostat, the fan , the timer or something else .located in tingalpa

20 year old townhouse needs preventative maintenance. We are looking too have some or all of the following done: - 3x old toilet cisterns are plastic and pitting, would like them replaced before they fall off the wall - Taps for the toilets need servicing/replacing (intermittent leaking) - 4x Bathroom taps need replacing (the original ones are cheap and hard to use - 2 basin, 1 bath, 1 shower) - resilicone laundry tub and bath - 3x install plug repair kit (image below) I'm not sure how much all this should cost but the estimate from the other lot of plumbers was fairly eye-watering. I'd like to see if that's just how it is, or if they're taking me for a ride. I'm honestly not sure if I want to do some of this myself (the siliconing, not the plumbing work). I'm really just looking to find what price ranges are out there, and hopefully find someone who can help me out with this work without sending me completely broke. I do not object in any way to paying people well for jobs well done and I'm not necessarily looking for the cheapest price, I just want to know if I've been offered a fair price, and if not hopefully find someone who will. We have the waste repair kits but have not purchased any other of the items. I assume plumbers have access to better prices than we do, so looking for most of these things to be supplied too, but happy to negotiate on that.
