I think the shower is leaking and water is damaging the wall that runs between the shower and the hallway. You can see the water damage in the corner of the wall near the floor. Need someone to confirm that the shower, which is behind the wall is indeed leaking and then fixing the leak. - Due date: Flexible

Our Bosch Dishwasher fills with water and drains like it’s going through a cycle but it doesn’t heat up or throw the water around like it’s washing. Also that start button is dodgy, need to press really hard to get it going. Tap in kitchen sink is loose and air gets into water when high pressure needed.

Please see the details below before making an offer, as this is not a straightforward installation: 1) We've already removed the old vanity. You don't have to do that! 2) The existing waste pipe is unfortunately positioned precisely in the middle of the cabinet divider of our new vanity, so we would need the existing waste pipe trimmed and routed around this divider. 3) The new vanity is slightly wider and deeper than the old one. Rather than cut the tiles to fit the new vanity on the slab, we'd prefer you pour concrete into the hole and fill it up to floor level, then install the new vanity on top. This also means cutting the correct holes (plural) in the vanity to suit the waste pipe. 4) The old tiles were literally cemented onto the wall. Removing the tiles took a few chunks of the wall with them. We would need that patched up and waterproofed. 5) We would also need new tiles installed at the top of the sink, and all the usual silicone sealing and grouting. We haven't even bought the replacement tiles yet so uhh... I'd better get on top of that before you arrive! 6) The hoses which came with the tap aren't long enough to reach the pipes, so we'll probably need to replace the hoses with longer ones. 7) In addition to the elbow at the bottom of the waste pipe, we'll probably need another elbow / angled pipe to connect to the drain. Not sure until it's measured up. 8) To make the job even more complex and ridiculous, we also need it done this week. Ideally on Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday. Thursday isn't an option as the room will not be accessible due to other renovations. Saturday or Sunday would be considered as a worst-case scenario. See the attached images for more details.
