Hot Water Pipe Dripping Issue After Laundry Connection
$50
Springfield QLD 4300, Australia
31st Jul 2025
Hi, I moved in yesterday and connected the cold and hot water pipes to the laundry. The cold water connection works fine, but when I turn on the hot water, the pipe fills up and water starts dripping from the hot water faucet — it seems to backflow. I suspected a pipe issue, so I swapped the cold and hot water pipes, but the same dripping occurs. When the hot water faucet is turned off, there's no dripping. Looking for someone to inspect and fix the issue. Might be a valve or pressure-related problem.
Bruce is a fantastic plumber who walks you through each step of the process. I’ll absolutely call him again in the future.
