Shower drain in bathroom is draining slowly.

Hi, I moved in yesterday and connected the cold and hot water pipes to the laundry. The cold water connection works fine, but when I turn on the hot water, the pipe fills up and water starts dripping from the hot water faucet — it seems to backflow. I suspected a pipe issue, so I swapped the cold and hot water pipes, but the same dripping occurs. When the hot water faucet is turned off, there's no dripping. Looking for someone to inspect and fix the issue. Might be a valve or pressure-related problem.

Hot water not coming from tap.

Vanity tap is leaking , was fixed a year ago but started leaking again. Currently we have a separate hot & cold knobs for the tap but I would like to upgrade to a mixer tap. Can this be done & how much will it cost me if I change taps for both of my vanities in 2 bathrooms.

I suspect the blockage is fat and grease from my children cleaning the kitchen and pouring down the drain. The kitchen sink drains but the outside pipe drains into the yard.

I need a kitchen sink mixer/tap replaced as it is due for an upgrade. I have got the new tap already.

My partner and I are looking for a certified plumber/all rounder bathroom refurbisher to help us as we have a leak in both of our bathroom showers (main and ensuite). Depending on price point we would like to just refurbish both bathrooms completely as they are outdated. We've had an inspection by a plumber and he said that someone has tried to re-grout over the preexisting grout to stop the leak but the sealing and waterproofing has failed and when we use the showers for too long they leak through the ceiling to the downstairs. we would just buy the supplies and fixtures from Bunnings, as we want to make this as budget friendly as possible.
