The kitchen is located on the interior side of a wall which backs onto a hot water system. This setup provides convenient access to both water supply and drainage. I’ve attached two photos for reference: Photo 1 (with the freezer): This is the area where I would like the kitchen plumbing to be installed. Photo 2 (wall view): This shows the reverse side of the kitchen wall, which houses the hot water tank and connects to the rear drain pipe. In a rental, the bench has water damage. Seal around metal sink was dodgy and has allowed water to seep in and now bench is warped and damaged. I removed sink basin to replace seal but the bench is too damaged. I do not want to be charged for damage to property although its not directly my fault. So am curious to know if easier to just replace. Length 1774 depth 520 LISTED PRICE NOT CORRECT. I have little to no knowledge about extent or cost of job. Just looking to see is anyone is capable of job and open to pricing that suits.
