Sink stopper is stuck and not popping back

Taps appear to be in an old and worn condition and with some appearance of leakage. I require a plumber to inspect and rectify, I might also require flexi hoses to be replaced too.

We already engaged a plumber for clogged bathroom drains. First he tried to manually clean and tried sulphuric acid drain. As it didn't work, tried to put camera, but couldn't go past trap due to camera limitations. Suggesting for cutting into tiles now. We are looking for 2nd opinion from any experienced plumbers who can try rodder or high jet cleaner before moving to last resort.

Not enough water pressure is coming through where the grinded coffee sits, water is leaking from the bottom of the machine rather than running through the grinded coffee to make a shot of coffee. We believe it could be something to do with the O ring but not sure. Water still comes out but not enough to run the coffee out.

Have purchased frameless shower , villaboard and wet walls . I'll remove old shower. Do plumbing ,shower base and wet walls . Need someone to erect the frameless shower itself .

Water have an electric water tank. It’s displaying “failure with red colour flashing.

I need the shower systems replaced in both the ensuite and guest bathroom. I haven’t purchased replacement faucet and mixers as unsure what to get. Current rail in ensuite has come out of the wall but we have spare tiles if needed. The guest bathroom I want to change to match. Price negotiable I’m just not sure how much it’s going to cost

We have a drain which is blocked in the ensuite and the water will not go for whatever reason. Need a qualified plumber to come look at the drain and help clear it.

I have 2 new 4 way splitters that I need to put in my outside garden taps (1 in front yard and 1 in backyard) I need them connected and then the 4 hoses to go into it as well but when I connect it, i can’t seem to connect it cleanly enough and it leaks from the top - just need someone to do it or potentially get new connections to the 4 way splitter (that I will buy or pay for)

I am wanting to have the plumbing under my sink converted to allow future flexi hose connections and a water outlet for my dishwasher.

The water tank seems empty, and no water comes out either
