I have replaced the fill valve on my toilet but it is leaking from under the toilet.

I've unplugged my washing machine and cannot stop the tap from leaking. I've purchased a blanking cap and it seems to work but it needs to be tightened harder with the right tool.

Replacement of 2 x toilets currently floor mounted with Cisterns in the wall with upgraded models. • I need to know what distance from the wall the rough in is and any other plumbing size info as I am buying new toilets from China. • The tiles for the cisterns need to be removed (I will replace tiles) • I will be replacing the vanity and toilet which will be all staying in the same place and just need connection for both. • The shower will have new faucets and shower rail in the same place and only need to install the upgraded equipment Stage 1/ Do a disconnect of a toilet in powder room for a renovation of the toilet, vanity and shower and replace the current toilet. The tiles where the cistern is will have already been removed for easy access to replace. Stage 2/ Do a reconnect of the plumbing in the powder room plus remove and replace the toilet in the ensuite bathroom including removal or the tiles to access the cistern. (I will replace tiles) If you don’t remove the tiles to access then let me know in the quote and I will arrange prior to your arrival. The toilet is not flushing. I think it has to do with a broken/missing push mechanism in the cistern. The bit that the outside button pushes on. It is located across from central station on ann st. I cannot attend as it is an airbnb and we live a while away.

1) Install new tempering valve as hot water to both bathroom sink taps is not getting properly hot/fluctuating. 2) Supply and install replacement mixer hose tails and toilet flexi hoses (four pairs of mixer hose tails; two toilet flexi hose internal; two tempering valve flex hoses. All inc quote please, inc new valve and flexi-hoses.

We have a leak from the Insinkerator garage disposal device and would like it removed instead of fixing the leak and its not a option we want to use anymore . We would like to revert back to a normal 2 drain sink and hope this is possible as the other garbage disposal hole is bigger.
