Bathroom Rough in Fit of New Farm

I need a plumber for a main bathroom and laundry job in New Farm. The work comes in two stages. I need a combined quote for both. Stage 1 - Rough-in (before the walls go up) New shower in the old bath spot, with a square floor waste. The drain stays where it is. New connection for the laundry tub. The tub stays in the same position. New washing machine taps, moved to under the laundry tub. New vanity with wall-mounted basin taps. No drain moves. New toilet. Fit the two square floor wastes (one in the shower, one in the middle of the bathroom). Fix timber backing behind all the tapware before sheeting. Pressure-test the water lines, cap the stub-outs, and take clear photos of the work before it gets covered. Stage 2 - Fit-off (after tiling) Mount the vanity and above-counter basin, level and secure. Connect the basin mixer and waste, the toilet, and the shower mixer and head or rail. Install the laundry tub and connect the laundry mixer. Install the washing machine taps. Fit an isolating valve with flood-stop protection on every flexi hose. Check the floor wastes drain with no pooling. Leak-test every connection before you leave. Materials and who supplies what You bring your own tools and vehicle. You supply the standard consumables (pipe, auspex fittings, valves, flexi hoses, isolating valves, silicone and the like). Two floor wastes and the washing machine taps are supplied for you. All other fixtures (vanity, basin, toilet, shower mixer, laundry tub and mixer) are supplied by me. I will send the full spec, floor plans and progress photos to the person I pick, so you have everything you need before you start.

I need laundry tub mixer swapped out in downstairs laundry. Current mixer is leaking from under the lever when it is turned on. I will supply the new mixer.

Need a plumber with investigative tools & equipment to do a site visit. Our water bill doubled last month & it appears we have an invisible leak after the metre. We’ve turned everything in the property off, but the metre keeps turning. Have checked every toilet, sink & tap for a leak with no luck. Our property offers easy access to all pipes & connections. Need to install a water bubbler to the mains pipe, the drainage pipe is 110mm wide, the water main will probably need to be shaved down

Install new free standing dishwasher and remove old dishwasher. Old dishwasher needs to be disconnected and new dishwasher connected. We also need an existing wall mounted TV to be repositioned lower. Looking for someone to complete both jobs on the same day/time.

My hose of the washing machine needs to be connected and I cant physically get down on the floor to connect it as have problems with my knees and need my washing machine asap . In new farm please
