Fill valve on toilet is bad and needs to be repaired or replaced. While trying to fill it makes a loud sound while the valve rapidly opens and closes. See pics; can text video if needed.

Need a plumber to lower this pipe as close to floor wall corner as possible; install T pieces or similar for dishwasher inlet; connect dishwasher waste water pipe to U piece; connect all cables and pipes and slide in dishwasher. Clean job, plenty of working space. Only one elbow required on left side as pipe flexes down on the right. Hole already cut to pass thorough pipes. We have plenty of ongoing work.

Vanity basin waste needs to be shifted left in the 100mm kickboard under the new basin to preventing clashing with the draws on the rhs 1/3 of the new basin.
