We initially installed two mixers for a dual vanity, however that has now changed to a single vanity. The job requires the left mixer to be cut out and removed, and the right mixer to join into the existing pipe work and be positioned to suit the single vanity.

We have a kitchen install happening next week. I am after a plumber to install an under counter tap for mixer and rough in the waste pipe. There is water immediately nearby and open access to the floor beneath. The waste pipe needs to be plumbed into existing, which is only a couple of metres away. The wall in the photo shows the plumbing for the bathroom on the other side and also shows in the foreground the location of the existing waste.

Toilet flush water tank creates a vacuum/ suction sound while re-filling the water after use. Refer the photos for further details. Tried cleaning with Vinegar and bleaching power but no use. Any plumbing expert who can explain the reason and fix this? we are okay to replace any parts if required, but no trial and error/ experimenting please. Needing to have an ADP gooseneck pull out kitchen mixer tap installed. We already have a pull out tap, just replacing the style. We also need our hot water system temperature increased slightly so the water is hotter. Must be qualified plumber.
