I’m converting a section of my garage into a laundry area and need a plumber to help set it up properly. Please come do an on-site inspection first and give me a specific, itemized quote before starting. Scope of work: • Install a stacked washer/dryer unit (washer on bottom, dryer on top) in the garage • Run and connect the water supply line (hot & cold) to the new laundry spot • Install/connect drainage for the washing machine (need advice on the best solution — floor drain vs standpipe, etc.)

-I need toilet unblocked -Was draining very slow and then has stopped draining now -presume blockages is maybe 1-2m down line

Need a kitchen tap replaced asap.

Our cafe has a particular set up, as the pipes can’t go under ground. The bar sinks are connected to a pump that pushes the water up, about 4m than all the way to the back and out… so the water is not getting pushed up. Feels like the pump filter is full or clogged. We had to this before about 1 year ago. I just don’t know how to disassemble/open the pump to clean the filter. Should be a fairly straight forward job for someone experienced.
