Clear/plunge toilet, advise longer term fix.

About six laundry floor tiles on a concrete slab are drummy, and clear water is squeezed out through the grout when stepped on, even when the washing machine hasn’t been used. Started in the last week.

Looking for an experience plumber to fix toilet issues. Toilet flush tanks in two bathrooms take very long time for the water to fill. Some times the flush also getting blocked and water gets filled in toilet. Need to replace the inlet valve in two bathrooms. The flush tank is of Raymor. Toilet is starting to back up. A full flush won't even remove a piece of toilet paper. Toilet hanger may have gone down and back it up. Need this fixed asap. Please include all cost related in your offer. thanks

Need a loose retaining nut underneath the sink tightened on a kitchen mixer tap. Over time, the nut has become loose and the whole tap has started wobbling at the base.

To repair hot water system May I get a quote for elements end circuit separately?

I'm looking for someone to come and install my washing machine. I tried to figure it out myself but I'm confused 😅. It just needs to be connected to the water supply. There's also some water coming from under the washing machine somewhere, I'd really appreciate it if someone could take a quick look under there and help figure out what's going on/fix it. Cap pipe with water still on. Someone knocked the tap straight off the top. Can't find mains to shut off. It is at Aspley East State School. We have redirected the running water into the drain. Need to either put another tap on the pipe. Or at least cap it out of use.

Hey guys, my drainage couldn’t handle the latest storm and I’m looking at ways to fix this. The front channel and gutter connect into the one pipe that discharge at the back of the property.

We are looking to get our drive drainage system to work better and to check if the pipes are not blocked .

Pipe make a "THUMP" sound whenever I turn a tap in the house on or off (relatively) quickly or when the toilet basin finishes filling. Has happened ever since I had my new water heater installed a year or so ago. I'd like to ask a reasonably-priced plumber's help with fixing this. Thanks in advance!
