Need a kitchen sink flick mixer replacement as the current one is leaking

2010s Dux 2F136S solar/electric water heating system, 250L. Has been giving lukewarm water on certain days. Trying to troubleshoot and figure out maintenance/repair.

Need replacement for hot water tempering valve. I have new tempering valve , need installation of new valve.

Replace current tap with new tap I’ve purchased.

3 story townhouse. House water pressure currently set to 400kpa (home filtration system) but when tap runs, pressure drops to less than 150kpa. Need to set it to maximum allowable pressure. Please don't accept of you cannot/will not adjust pressure restrictor.

Hello! I want to change my tap hardware. Two Taps and 2 shower to change. Would also appreciate a quick consult as to what shower heads to purchase prior.

I have a leaky tap in the garage, with both cold water and hot water valves contributing to the issue. Replacing the washers might fix this but there's a chance that the whole valve or other parts inside the valve needs replacing as I can see water leaking from the cold water valve when it is in the open position. Offers from qualified professionals will be prioritised.

Replace 1+1/2 bowl kitchen sink which has 2 drains + tap, with new kitchen sink which has 1 bowl, therefore only 1 drain required + tap. Drains will need to be reworked for 1 drain only. I'm located in Nundah. Please submit your Licence Number with your quote.

Drain dishwasher clogged needs clearing

Ikea open kitchen with island installation. Cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, sink with waste disposal. Products already ordered with a designer, will be delivered tomorrow. Would prefer someone who is available asap.
