He fixed my shower within minutes and explained what was wrong with it and that they had previously used a cheaper part that deteriorates within a year or so, and why using a part that costs only a few dollars more should last for years and years to come. He helped with a few other things and is an amazing all around handy man and wonderful human being! Could not recommend more.
